Aclla - Virgin Of The Sun

My character is inspired by the Aclla or virgins of the sun from the Inca empire. I wanted to explore the contrast between a young, innocent child and the twisted reality of being a sacrifice. She's a young girl who has recently been selected to be an Aclla and is being showered in riches from food to clothing. However this new lavish title comes with a heavy responsibility.

Unfortunately due to personal matters I wasn't able to spend as much time on this project but it was very enjoyable and I feel I've learnt a lot!
